Clinical Social Worker/Therapist
Melena O Ayres, LCSW-S, LCDC
(she/her/hers)
I grew up in Southeast Asia (mostly in the Philippines) before returning to North Texas when I was eighteen. I was a teen mom who began my career firstly in the municipal sector before transitioning to the paralegal field. I returned to school after an eleven year break to pursue my passion for social work. I attended UNT and UT at Arlington. In 2018, I completed training and consultation hours to become an Emdria approved EMDR therapist. In 2021, I became a Board approved LCSW Supervisor. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, working out, and spending time with my family and furbabies.
I feel passionate and hold deep respect for those who invest in making their lives better. My style is collaborative and no-nonsense softened by humor and empathic engagement.

Caitlin Coyner, LCSW-S
(she/her/hers)
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience working with Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Self Esteem problems, Trauma, Schizophrenia, and other major mental health challenges. I work with clients who are 18 and older, and I have extensive individual and group experience working with that population. I am particularly passionate about working with adults that have depression and anxiety, LGBTQIA+ population, 18-25 year olds, Sexual/Intimacy challenges, people who have experienced Religious Trauma, and people in the Poly/Kink community. My primary types of therapy are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Feminist Theory, and Strengths-Based, although I pull from many areas depending on my client’s needs.
I have many years at a variety of service locations such as non-profits, mental health hospitals, medical hospitals, and private practice.
I was born in Maryland, but have lived in Texas since age 5, so I consider myself a lifelong Texan. I started my early life in the Austin area, then went to Denton (DFW area) to complete an undergraduate degree in Psychology at University of North Texas and then a Master’s of Science in Social Work at University of Texas at Arlington. I'm married with two cats, and love food/cooking, travel, swing dance, gaming, movies, theater, art, and renaissance festivals. I look forward to working with you collaboratively if you select me as your therapist.
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist
Jessica Koller, LCSW
(she/her/hers)
I grew up knowing I had a purpose to help; to be someone I didn’t have, in my darkest of times, for others. So I did just that. I attended the University of North Texas, graduating with a Bachelor's in Psychology and jumping feet first into graduate school, immediately after. Through the University of Texas at Arlington, I obtained a Master's in Social Work, while fulfilling internships within law enforcement and community mental health agencies. After a few years of building up my skills as a therapist, while working at non-profits and mental health hospitals, I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, in the state of Texas, who is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
As someone who has experienced the healing benefits of EMDR firsthand, it has become my primary form of practice and a powerful way to retrain our brain on how we see our experiences, ourselves, and the world. I will also integrate parts work when applicable or requested.
I am passionate about working alongside young adults and veterans who have a desire to heal and gain strengths from past experiences and traumas. So whether your struggling with anxiety, transitioning into college, want to build your self-esteem, or talk about some really hard things, my goal is to walk alongside you and support you, with my warm, direct, and sarcastic personality.
In my free time, I love to cuddle my miniature poodle and rescue cats, while sipping on a cup of hot tea and watching trashy reality tv or reading a good book. I never turn down a Dr Pepper or the chance to travel.
